Assistant General Counsel
Jason P. Livingston was promoted to Assistant General Counsel in October 2011. In this role, Livingston will assist the house General Counsel in all facets of the governance and operation of UNOS. Since 2003, Livingston has served as UNOS’ assistant director for contracts administration. He will continue to oversee the contract administration function as he assumes his new additional duties. From 2001 to 2003, Livingston was a UNOS staff attorney.
Livingston earned his law degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law at University of Richmond and a bachelor’s degree of science in accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg.
