UNOS Wins Three Communication Awards
UNOS recently received two awards for design and interactive communication.
UNOS’ 2010 Annual Report titled “Patti Dean’s Transplant: Her story is our story” won a Merit Award at AIGA Richmond’s bi-annual awards competition for design excellence, GRADE6. AIGA is the professional association for designers.
The 2009 UNOS annual report also received an Award of Distinction in non-profit annual report category of The Communicator Awards, which is sponsored by the International Academy of the Visual Arts.
In addition, UNOS' recently enhanced Web site has won a silver award from Health Information Resource Center’s 13th annual Web Health awards, which honors the nation’s best digital health resources. A panel of 39 experts in digital health media served as judges and winners from among more than 500 entries.
