Director of IT Architecture, Standards and Quality
Paula Bryant was named Director of Architecture, Standards and Quality in January 2009. She is responsible for activities associated with project management, database administration, infrastructure and technical architecture, security management, product management, application support for members, quality improvement processes and software quality assurance.
Most recently, Bryant served as Director of Information Management Services from 2007 to 2009 and Director of Data Management Services from 2004 to 2007.
She received her bachelor's of art in sociology from Bridgewater College and her M.B.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University.
