Director of Evaluation and Quality
Rebecca Anderson was promoted to Director of Evaluation and Quality (DEQ) in 2011. In this role, Anderson oversees activities associated with member compliance monitoring, investigation of time-sensitive patient safety threats, and organ-specific review board coordination.
Before coming to UNOS, Anderson was the director of transplant, dialysis and bariatric services at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, Ill., where she planned, directed and coordinated all operations in those service lines.
Anderson holds a master's of business administration from Benedictine University, a doctorate of philosophy in counseling psychology from the University of Kansas, a master's of education in counseling psychology from the University of Missouri and a bachelor's of science in psychology from Missouri State University.
