UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is a leading transplant center and academic medical center recognized for excellence in research, education and patient care and we have increased our annual transplant volume by 50%. The Director of Transplant Services leads this key program to continue growing our services and provide excellent care to every patient. The Director provides leadership for all solid organ transplant services at our University Hospitals, overseeing fiscal, technical and patient care activities of end-stage organ disease and transplant clinics, LVAD program, transplant administration and services to ensure efficient operations.
The Director also provides input to the hospital's strategic initiatives and develops tactical strategies for assigned groups of departments and services.

Position Requirements:
Requires BA/BSN, 7-10 years management experience, including 5 years in transplant and current TX RN license. Master’s preferred.
