Tamara Rowe
Director of Shared Services
Tamara Rowe leads the UNOS Shared Services team, providing overall strategy and management for the UNOS Procurement, Meeting Partners (Conference Planning & Corporate Travel) and Facilities & Security teams. Shared Services supports UNOS team members with a focus on efficiency, processes, systems and automation to enable them to most effectively serve the donation and transplant community.
Rowe has nearly 30 years’ experience in managing projects, operations, relationships, and external and internal customer service, along with event planning, strategic sourcing and organizational development. Before joining UNOS, Rowe served in senior leadership roles with Markel Corporation and Capital One. She earned a BFA in merchandising and marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University.
